The Account page in the Red5 Cloud Management Console is where you manage everything related to your personal information, billing, and subscription. You can reach it from the navigation menu in the Management Console at any time.
The Account page contains five sections:
| Section | What you can do |
|---|
| Edit Profile | Update your name, email address, and password |
| Invoices | View upcoming charges and download past invoices as PDFs |
| Edit Billing Info | Update your billing address and Tax/VAT ID |
| Edit Credit Card Info | Replace your payment card |
| Manage Subscriptions | Upgrade, downgrade, change billing cycle, or cancel |

Open Edit Profile
On the Account page, click Edit Profile.
Update your name or email
Enter your updated First Name, Last Name, and/or Email in the corresponding fields.

Click Save Changes to apply your updates.
Invoices
The Invoices section shows you your billing history and what you will be charged next.
- Upcoming invoice — displayed at the top of the list, this shows the charges that will be applied at the end of your current billing cycle.
- Past invoices — listed below the upcoming invoice. Click any row to download the invoice as a PDF.
Download and store PDF invoices for your accounting records. Red5 Cloud retains your invoice history, but having local copies is good practice.
Edit billing info
Open Edit Billing Info
Click Edit Billing Info on the Account page.
Update your address
Enter your Business Name, Address Line 1, Address Line 2, City, State, and Postal Code.
Set your country and Tax/VAT ID
Select your Country. If you are in the EU, also select your EU Country. Enter your Tax/VAT Number if applicable.
If you are a business entity in a country where Red5 Cloud collects VAT or other taxes, providing your Tax/VAT ID may affect how tax is calculated on your invoices. Consult your tax advisor for guidance specific to your jurisdiction.
Edit credit card info
Open Edit Credit Card Info
Click Edit Credit Card Info on the Account page.
Enter the new card details
Provide the name on the card, card number, expiration date, and CVC.
Save
Click Save Changes. Your new card will be used for the next billing cycle.
Manage subscriptions
The Manage Subscriptions section shows your current plan, its status, and whether the most recent payment was successful.
To explore other plans, click See All Plans. To make changes to your current subscription, click Manage Subscription.
Upgrade or downgrade
Open Manage Subscription
Click Manage Subscription on the Manage Subscriptions page.
Select Upgrade or Downgrade
Choose Upgrade / Downgrade from the dropdown.
Select the new plan
Pick the plan you want to switch to.
Confirm the change
Click Change Subscription. The new plan takes effect immediately.
When you upgrade or downgrade, you are charged a prorated amount for the remainder of the current billing period at that moment. Review the prorated charge shown on the confirmation screen before proceeding.
Change billing cycle
Open Manage Subscription
Click Manage Subscription on the Manage Subscriptions page.
Select Change Billing Cycle
Choose Change Billing Cycle from the dropdown.
Confirm the switch
Confirm that you want to switch between monthly and annual billing.
- Switching to annual — you are charged the full annual amount minus any amount already paid in the current monthly cycle.
- Switching to monthly — the change takes effect at the start of your next billing period.
Annual billing typically offers a discount compared to paying monthly. If you plan to use Red5 Cloud consistently throughout the year, switching to annual billing reduces your total cost.
Cancel subscription
Open Manage Subscription
Click Manage Subscription on the Manage Subscriptions page.
Select Cancel
Choose Cancel from the dropdown.
Confirm cancellation
Confirm that you want to cancel. Your subscription remains active through the end of the current billing period.
Cancelling your subscription stops all active deployments and removes access to your Red5 Cloud infrastructure at the end of the billing period. Export any data you need — including recordings stored in Red5 Cloud-managed storage — before cancelling.
